She nabs it off Fox at the end of Adventures. No wonder if she kept it or not, but hasn't needed to use it since.
I just figured if she ever was in SSB she'd probably use it as opposed to being a Fox clone.

And she could have her Adventures clothes as alternative outfit, like Wario.
